MTS Systems Corporation (Nasdaq: MTSC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend or $0.15, or $0.60 annualized. The dividend is payable July 1, 2010, to shareholders of record as of June 14, 2010. The ex-dividend date is June 10, 2010. Yield on the dividend is 2%.
