In a Form 8-K, National Coal (Nasdaq: NCOC) has announced that Michael Castle has tendered his resignation as Senior VP and CFO, to be effective December 31, 2009. Effective January 1, 2010, Les Wagner will replace Mr. Castle as our Acting CFO.
